Our financial habits are those that bear more fruit

Ever notice that when a millionaire lost his money, it usually has a few years back after losing everything? Two years later, they are back and more often still. What was this short period of time? Why did it happen? Donald Trump is a good example. Even though he lost everything, he lost the most important element of its success, which is his mind. Do you think Donald would be happy to have only a million dollars? I do not think so. Feel poor. The reason for this is that your financial thermostat is fixed in billions of dollars and he would not settle for less. Many of us have our financial thermostat set to thousands and not millions, hundreds, not thousands, and other people have your thermostat set below zero. It is our own mentality rich dad (or poor). What determines how our thermostat is set financially? In the book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind - Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth", T. Harv Eker says that comes from our "inner world." When we mix our inside game with exte...

Comparing the mentality of Rich Dad Poor Dad against

This is the second article in a series based on the best-selling book called "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. As mentioned in the first article compares the book's perspective Kiyosaki's father, who won several titles and a leading position within the government, but financially it was always on the tightrope, with the thought of his best friend's father-who even never finished high school but left his son an empire. In his book, Kiyosaki explains that the perspective of each of these two men, his "poor dad" and his "rich dad", was responsible for the financial destiny of each one of them. The following quote from T. Harv Eker, author of "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind", refers to the concept of a perspective of rich people: "Rich people have a mindset that is different from the poor and middle class. They think differently about money, health, for themselves and another, and even to life. “Kiyosaki expands this principle in the aforementioned book. Below are the seven ...

How to create sustainable wealth?

To create wealth, one must understand the power of the word leverage. It is a fact that great wealth is created through leverage. So what exactly is leverage? Well, marketing is the opposite of time for money. Or in other words, if you're marketing time for money, you cannot make money when you're there and are not involved, as I said rich dad. Ask yourself, what would happen if you were not working during the next three months? Your income would fall? If your answer is yes, simply because you do not have enough leverage subject to your earning power. A person who has leverage is the owner of a business built on its own and has its financial benefits, but do not have to do all that this involves. They hire people to do the job and use that leverage to get their income. The millionaires like Richard Branson or Bill Gates used this method to create wealth. A person who has leverage is the person who works hard and saves his money and then put that money to work through smart inv...

Is it more important to be rich or happy?

Many times we forget how privileged we are. Because of our relative wealth, we sometimes say that "it is more important to be happy than be rich." Some experts argue that the poor, money is more important than happiness. Being happy is a state of mind and heart that has nothing to do with whether we're rich or poor. But we can only make statements like, "is more important to be happy to be rich" when we are prosperous and rich, not poor. Being rich always gives us the power to do things when we want and also gives us freedom. Sometimes I think what it means to have more money than they are Americans. I've seen people in India struggle to gain 2 or 3 dollars a day working for more than 12 hours. It's hard, but people still do it. If you were to ask these people if they are happy, they would say they are, but what are they really? They assume that they are happy and so move in life. For them, happiness is only to have their bread and butter. If you're poor, you only work for lunch ...
